Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Sponsorship:
- Sponsorship opportunities shall be prioritised in order of request.
- A sponsorship will be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the sponsorship amount (100%).
- All sponsorship contributions must be remitted in Indian Rupees (INR), net of all applicable taxes and deductions.
- Payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the conference.
- The rates listed are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, which will be levied additionally.
Stall Inclusions for Each Exhibitor stall:
- A fascia panel with the exhibitor’s company name and stall number (arranged by the OC)
- One table, two chairs | Three spotlights | Three 15-amp power sockets | Carpeting
- Any additional infrastructure, furnishings, or specific electrical requirements will incur separate charges.
- Payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the conference.
- Extra electricity consumption will also be billed separately.
Compliance & Government Regulations:
- Sponsors are solely responsible for securing specific license, special permission, or regulatory clearance as may be mandated by the Government of India or any other statutory authority.
- The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for any non-compliance by the sponsor.
- Sponsors are required to submit their branding assets (logos, advertisements, etc.) in high-resolution formats within the specified deadline.
- Delay in submission may result in omission from printed and digital conference materials.
- All use of ISACON Karnataka 2026 branding or logo must receive prior approval from the OC.
- All promotional and engagement activities must be confined to the allocated stall area.
- Sponsors are expected to maintain professional decorum at all times and avoid disruption to scientific sessions or other sponsors.
- Sponsorship of workshops is welcome, however, it does not entitle the sponsor to influence faculty selection or scientific content.
- Sponsors will be appropriately acknowledged for their support.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee.
- No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after 15th July 2025.
- In the event of a force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen government restrictions), the OC will strive to make alternate arrangements; however, it bears no liability for financial loss incurred by sponsors.
- The OC assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or their personnel, whether during transit or at the venue.
- Sponsors are advised to arrange adequate insurance coverage for their displays and personnel.
