The status of your abstract submission will be communicated shortly after the review process is completed by the Scientific Committee, please stay tuned for further updates.

Oral Presentation

1. Slide Design

  • Slides must contain only the ISACON 2026 Conference Logo only
  • No institutional, departmental, personal, hospital, or sponsor logos are allowed in any slide. 

2. File Format & Compatibility 

  • Presentations must be prepared and submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint (.PPT or .PPTX) format only.
  • PDF, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi or Canva formats will NOT be accepted.
  • Use standard fonts such as Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, to avoid rendering issues on the presentation laptop.
  • The maximum number of slides allowed is 10, inclusive of the title slide and the thank-you slide.
  • Recommended slide size: 16:9 widescreen (PPT → Design → Slide Size → Widescreen 16:9)

3. Mandatory Slide Structure


Your presentation must follow the structured format below:

  • Title Slide (Title must match the submitted abstract)
  • Introduction / Background
  • Objectives / Aims
  • Methods / Methodology(Include statistical methods, software used, sample size, study type, etc). 
  • Results (Use high-quality figures, charts, and tables) 
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References (optional, but recommended if citations used) (maximum of 5 references) 

Note:
(i) Avoid excessive animation, heavy transitions, or embedded videos 
(ii) Unless necessary-they may cause delays during projection. 

4. AV Submission & On-Site Requirements

  • All presenters must submit their final PPT at least 48 (2 days) hours before the session.
  • On the event day, presenters should report to the preview room (area) at least 1 hour before their session to: 
A. Verify compatibility

B. Test audio/video (if included) 

C. Ensure formatting displays correctly on the main screen

  • Presentations will run only through the conference AV system at the preview room (Personal laptops will not be permitted to ensure seamless transitions)

5. Timing & Judging

  • Presentation time: 8 minutes 
  • Q&A and assessment by judges: 2 minutes
  • Total duration: 10 minutes

E-Poster Presentation

1. Slide Rules

  • E-posters must display only the ISACON 2026 conference logo.
  • No additional logos (institutional/organizational/sponsor) are allowed.

2. Preparation Format 

  • E-posters must be prepared and submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint (.PPT or .PPTX) format only.
  • PDF, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi or Canva formats will NOT be accepted.
  • Only one slide is permitted for the E-poster presentation.

3. Poster Layout Specifications

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Slide Size: Standard 16:9 ratio
A. PowerPoint → Design → Slide Size → Standard (16:9)
  • Font Style: Times New Roman/Arial/Calibri (recommended) 
  • Images/Figures:
A. Must be high-definition
B. Avoid pixelated or low-quality visuals

4. Poster Content Structure


Your E-Poster mustinclude: 

  • Title (same as the submitted abstract)
  • Presenting author & co-authors
  •  Introduction / Background
  • Methods
  • Results (high-quality tables/charts)
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References (if required-maximum of 3)

Note:

(i) A maximum oftwo images,two tabular columns, or a combination of Both are permitted. 

(ii) Keep text concise-AV screens display posters at a viewing distance.

5. AV Display & On-site Requirements

  • Posters will be displayed on LED/E-poster screens provided by the conference.
  • Ensure the Final PPT file is not larger than 10 MB for smooth loading.
  • Presenters must report to the E-poster station 30 minutes before their judging session.

6. Timing & Judging

  • Presentation time: 4 minutes 
  • Q&A and assessment: 2 minutes
  • Total duration: 6 minutes
  • Time limits will be strictly followed using AV timers.

Additional AV Guidelines (Applies to Both Categories)

  • Avoid embedded audio/video.. 
  • Use minimal animation to prevent technical glitches. 
  • Do not use special fonts (they may not display correctly).
  • Ensure all graphs and images remain clear on a large 4K LED screen.
  • Keep backups in USB drive
