Congratulations! 

You are invited to present your Case Report Poster at ISACON Karnataka 2026, Bengaluru.

Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your poster is considered for the Best Poster Award.

Step 1: Design Your Poster 

• Prepare your poster strictly according to the attached poster specifications/template. 
• Ensure that all formatting requirements are followed (refer to: https://www.isaconkarnataka2026.com/final-abstract-guidelines)
  

Step 2: Convert Your Poster to PowerPoint

• Save your completed poster as a Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) file.
• Verify that the content is complete and clearly readable.
  

Step 3: Submit Your Poster Online

• Submit your Power Point presentation to the Scientific Committee on or before 30ᵗʰ July 2026 (Before 06:00 PM IST) - Submission Link: https://zfrmz.in/ghd9ES2W0Y2XSPkrYoUE
• Late submissions will not be considered for the award competition. 
  

Step 4: Online Preliminary Screening

• After the submission deadline, all Case Report Posters will be evaluated online by a panel of judges.
• Based on the evaluation, 30 posters will be shortlisted for the Live Preliminary Round.
  

Step 5: Check the Shortlist

If your poster is shortlisted:

• You will be invited to participate in the Live Preliminary Round at KISACON 2026 on 8ᵗʰ August 2026.
• The shortlisted presenters will compete for the Best-Case Report Poster Award.
  

Step 6: If Your Poster Is Not Shortlisted

Don’t worry! 

You are still welcome to display and present your poster during the conference on 8ᵗʰ August 2026 as a Free Poster Presentation.
