Terms & Conditions:
- Registration for the conference will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
- All participants must register individually using the official online registration portal.
- Accompanying persons will not be entitled to receive any certificate or conference kit.
- The registration fee includes: access to the conference, scientific sessions, trade exhibition, lunches on conference days, banquet, certificate of attendance, and the official conference kit.
- All registration fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
- Any additional bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
Refund Policy:
- Up to 30th April 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 30th May 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 30th July 2026: 20% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- After 30th July 2026: No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
- All approved refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference (within 30 days).
- Banking and transfer charges, if any, incurred during the refund transaction shall be borne entirely by the participant.
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via official email to the conference secretariat before the respective deadlines.
